Теодора Артинова е завършила Медицински колеж „Йорданка Филаретова„, а след това магистратура „Управление здравни грижи” към Медицинския университет в град София. Работи като главна акушерка на Родилно отделение при ПСАГБАЛ „Света София“.
Вече 22 години участва активно в грижата за родилките и техните бебета както в болницата, така и в дома им. Лектор в училищата за родители, тя спомага за обучението на бъдещите майки и татковци. Публикува статии и интервюта в списания за бременност и майчинство.
